Alien Athletes Movement Coaching

Guided Movement Sessions + Strength Coaching

30, 45, or 60-minute individual, couples, or small group movement sessions tailored to your goals, needs, and available equipment with a focus on mind-body connection, internal and external feedback, and breath. Ideal for individuals looking to strengthen their overall body awareness, explore new movement patterns or ranges of motion, create more sustainable movement routines, or work towards activity-specific fitness goals. Available via video to clients both inside and outside of the US (international clients welcome!).

Remote Coaching + Programming

Custom weekly programming tailored to your goals, schedule, and equipment with a focus on mind-body connection, honoring your body’s unique needs, and intentional breath. This type of coaching is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and feel fairly comfortable following a program with limited hands-on coaching. Though the app used for program delivery is very user-friendly, some familiarity with strength training is helpful for this type of programming. Seasoned athletes or individuals with sport-specific fitness goals are ideal for remote coaching as it is an extremely flexible and affordable way to access personalized strength programming. Available virtually to clients located anywhere, anytime.

Comprehensive Habit & Mindset Coaching

Learn to build habits and nourish your body while simultaneously fostering mindfulness, better managing stress, improving endurance, and building resilience with these collaborative coaching sessions tailored toward helping you positively shift your patterns and behaviors. Based on emerging neuroscience research, polyvagal theory, and a deep understanding of the intricacies of holistic health, this coaching is designed for anyone who struggles with setting realistic goals, keeping routines, or finding sustainable ways to integrate health-focused behaviors, particularly those also managing chronic illness or other health issues. These sessions will help you gain valuable, evidence-based insights into how you can find balance through daily movement, breathwork, meditation, sleep, nutrition, mindset, and much more.

Holistic Nutrition Coaching

Evidence-based, 1-on-1 support for individuals looking to improve their overall relationship with food and create habits that support holistic health. These sessions include identifying challenges around nutrition, establishing more regular eating patterns, helping you identify and respond to hunger cues, navigating stress responses, reframing your mindset around food, and providing evidence-based nutrition information to help you confidently create and structure your meals to match your overall health and wellness goals. Sessions are weight-neutral and you will never be asked to weigh-in or provide measurements. The focus of our time together is to help you build healthy, sustainable habits in alignment with current nutrition science and established dietary recommendations. Alex has extensive experience working with clients with dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and low-glycemic diets. As part of these services, we are happy to help you explore meal ideas, grocery lists, and other strategies to help you reach your nutritional goals.
